Refund & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

Orders will be shipped within 10 days of placing the order. 

Shipping Partners:

We use various shipping partners including Delhivery, XpressBee, Gati, BlueDart, and Ecom Express. The specific partner used will depend on the availability of your PIN code. Please note we do not hold control over the shipping operations of the shipping partners.

Warranty Policy:

All the products are under warranty, the warranty will be provided by the OEM service center and we can provide support for claiming your product warranty.

  1. Return and Refund Policies

Return Policy:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged.
  2. Wrong Selection: We do not accept returns if the wrong selection was made by the customer.

Restocking Fees:

Our return policy includes a 15% restocking fee. Customers will receive a replacement for faulty products. If a customer chooses to return a product, a cancellation/restocking charge of 15% on the product value will be applied. Returns due to wrong selection by the customer will also be subject to this fee and are considered discretionary.

  • Refund Policy
  • Payment Method: Refunds for payments made through our payment gateway will be processed to the same account used for the payment. For bank transfer and COD orders, refunds will be processed to the buyer’s bank account. Refunds typically take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
  • Reporting Discrepancies Notification Period: Any damaged or missing products must be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Order Cancellation: If an order is canceled by the customer after payment or order confirmation, a 2.5% cancellation charge will be deducted.

Return Conditions

  • Opened Products: If the product seal is broken and the product is found to be functioning properly, returns or refunds will not be offered.
  • Product Condition: All accessories, including the original product, must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Return Window: Products are only eligible for return within the applicable return window.
  • Packaging Requirements: Products must be securely packed as originally received. Do not apply glue or tape directly to the product or its box, as this may lead to the cancellation of the replacement request.
  • Unboxing Video: You are required to record an uncut unboxing video of the package as part of the documentation process. 
  • Replacement Conditions
  • Eligibility: Replacement will only be processed if:
    • The product is not damaged while in the customer’s possession.
    • The product is not different from what was originally shipped.
